Each piece from Lauren Alleyne Jewelry is created with intention and care. I want you to love your piece as much as I loved creating it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full free refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• To ensure your piece arrives safely, all returns must be sent back in their original packaging, including the jewelry box and protective materials.

  Items returned without proper packaging that result in damage may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or a store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue immediately.
